“What kind of game?” Defahn asked.
“I can’t really think at this time, you all want to eat breakfast instead?” Zigtar asked.
“Sure, you are a good cook,” Defahn pointed out.
“I’ll go ahead and make breakfast,” Zigtar offered.
Zigtar was annoyed. “Don’t be stupid with me, where’s that bag full of bricks?” He urged, grabbing Ralis’s neck forcefully. Ralis was stunned, and quickly began gasping for air.
Cresselia looked at them while daydreaming, “Oh you guys, tsk tsk tsk,” and used her powers to break them apart, “If I can recall,” she went to Zigtar and Ralis, who was gasping for air, “Lindworm had that bag when you came here.”
“What bag?” Lindworm said, dazed.
“The bag with food,” Defahn told.
Lindworm picked at the grass, looking innocent, “Didn’t Latios have it? I remember from the beginning, Ralis gave it to him.”
Latios overheard him from beside one of the tents, got up and slashed Lindworm’s face with the claws on his right arm, “I don’t have it, you moron! I gave it to you because it was full of bricks!” He was enraged.
Lindworm rubbed his face after getting ripped by Latios’s claws, “Uh…Torshio!” He whimpered.
Torshio was laying his stomach on the burnt grass, “Lies! Lies, I say!” He objected.
“Oh, what’s that over there?” Defahn pointed out something behind Lindworm and flew behind him to get it.
“Oh, hi Defahn,” Lindworm said as she passed by, “Then it’s Bandit!” He accused.
“It’s not me! You’re treating me like I can carry this stuff! Well…” Bandit trailed off. While Bandit was speaking, Defahn grabbed the object - a bag - with her white beak and struggled to fly with it.
“Fine Bandit, then it’s Cresselia!” Lindworm blamed her.
“What? You dare accuse me of eating your food? I only eat a little each day, and yet you’re blaming me?” Cresselia hissed.
Defahn eventually brought the bag to the middle of everybody and opened it up, devastated to see that there is no food in the bag.
“Lindworm,” Defahn mourned, “How could you?”
“Oh good, finally, the food,” Zigtar cheered and checked the bag, only to have the smile wiped off his face as he realized the bag was empty.
Ralis noticed the look on Defahn’s and Zigtar’s faces, and checked the bag as well, to only have a blank look as well.
“I assume that Lindworm ate all the food from your speechlessness?” Cresselia assumed.
“I did….okay fine, I ate all the food while you didn’t notice during our flight here,” Lindworm admitted.
Defahn hugged Zigtar with her fluffy white wings, “ Don’t worry, I’ll find something edible around the island,” she giggled.
“Your wings are just so fluffy,” Zigtar smiled.
“How are you doing in your new forme Defahn? If you don’t mind me asking” Cresselia interrupted.
“It’s pretty much the same as a Staraptor since I have wings and claws,” Defahn answered.
“That’s great,” Cresselia giggled, “Since Lindworm ate all your food, I’ll give you one cookie.”
“One cookie for each of us?” Ralis wondered.
“No, one 2 inch cookie for you all to share,” she snickered, thinking about the outcome, and placed one ordinary cookie on a tree stump.
Defahn and Zigtar didn’t even notice the cookie on the stump since they were playing with each other. The rest were staring at it, drooling. Bandit made the first move to steal the cookie by leaping towards it like he was going to catch something that was going to fall, “It’s mine!” He declared.
“That little blue thing is going to eat my cookie!” Ralis panicked and grabbed Bandit’s right leg, sending him back to where he was, and rushed towards it.
“No, that cookie belongs to me!” Lindworm urged and slammed Ralis’s back to the ground hard using his tail. Ralis gasped as the tail struck him, with excessive amounts of pain rushing through his body.
Cresselia made the cookie disappear using her powers, “I didn’t think it would go this far,” then went to Ralis and relieved him of most of his pain with a simple touch of her hand upon his head.
“Am I dead?” Ralis panted.
“You’re lucky to be alive,” Defahn said.
“Well, since all the trees are burnt down, including the fruit trees, can you handle a day without food?” Cresselia asked.
“I need food Cresselia, it’s mandatory for me to eat something!” Defahn blurted out.
“Oh, I understand. Why don’ you go fishing? There are plenty of Magikarps around the island,” Cresselia offered.
“Why didn’t you tell us this sooner?” Zigtar stumbled.
“I just want to see your reactions, teehee,” Cresselia snickered.
Ni Inazuma spotted Magikarps at the edge of the island, “I see some fishies, let’s get them!”
“Yay, fish!” Everybody cheered and ran towards the beach with the sand warming their feet and claws and Wingull cries echoing.
“I’m not swimming in salt water,” Defahn avoided.
“Salt burns my eyes,” Ralis whimpered.
“Let’s get the beasts to get them,” Zigtar thought out loud.
“Good idea, let me get them!” Lindworm offered happily.
“No!” Everybody barked at him.
“Can I get them?” Bandit offered.
“But you’re so small, and cute,” Torshio laughed.
“I’m neither cute nor small!” Bandit argued raising his arms up and down at Torshio.
“Well, Torshio and Latios can do it, Torshio and Latios can breath underwater with their noses and mouths,” Cresselia decided.
“Fine, we’ll go get them,” Torshio replied and dived at the ocean water, making a gigantic splash.
“In return, we get the most fish to eat,” Latios declared and dived into the ocean as well.
“I’m going to make a sandcastle since they are going to take a long time,” Bandit said, bored.
“Well since they are getting the food, what do we do now?” Defahn asked.
Zigtar patted Defahn’s head, “How about I train you in your new forme?”
“Oh, awesome!” Defahn cheered, flapping her wings up and down.
“Ralis you just watch Defahn, besides, since she is no longer a Staraptor, you need to cooperate with her in case you’re both in danger. Say that you are going to attack somebody with physical attacks, but Defahn already released a special attack on the foe, which leaves you with the chance of getting hit instead of the foe, understand?” Zigtar acknowledged.
“I understand, but what about Bandit?” Ralis questioned.
“Bandit will watch her too,” Zigtar replied and looked at Bandit who was busy making a sandcastle, “Right Bandit?” He grinned. Bandit was still busy with his sandcastle, not noticing Zigtar.
“Right, Bandit?” He said, a bit louder.
“Sure whatever you say,” Bandit lied.
Zigtar turned back to face Defahn, “Since you are now a dragon, Defahn, you must remember dragons don’t give up easily, even in the toughest situations, dragons won’t give up until the foe is defeated, or the dragon is defeated.” Zigtar calmed.
“That sounds like I’m a determined battler,” Defahn admired.
“Yes, you are, and the first move I’m going to teach you will be Air Cutter,” Zigtar spoke.
